We stayed at a colonial guesthouse and had a fantastic experience. The hospitality of Edna and her son Amador was unmatched during our travels in South America. They made us feel like part of the family and ensured our safety even during the country-wide protests. The breakfasts were delicious and diverse, giving us a taste of the local cuisine. The location was ideal, just a few minutes' walk from the main areas of the old town. The guesthouse had a charming courtyard and the option to stay in rooms that were also local artists' studios. We would love to stay here again if we return to the area.
Nothing to dislike. 😊

The breakfast served at this hostel was absolutely delicious! They had a variety of traditional dishes that were different every morning, and it was a great way to experience the local cuisine. The location of the hostel was perfect. It was right in the heart of the historic center, so it was easy to walk to the main square and other attractions. The staff at the hostel were very friendly and welcoming. They made me feel like part of the family and were always available to help with any questions or concerns.
The shower in my room was a bit disappointing. The water was only warm for a short amount of time, and then it would turn cold.
